TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of MLC LASER RENTALS ONTARIO LTD. (“MLC Lasers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including enrollment in MLC Lasers Academy courses (online or in-person), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
MLC Lasers provides professional training courses through MLC Lasers Academy, offered online and in-person.
3. Course Eligibility
Enrollment in MLC Lasers Academy courses may require specific prerequisites depending on the training program.
MLC Lasers reserves the right to verify professional qualifications, certifications, or relevant background before confirming enrollment in certain courses.
4. MLC Lasers Academy (Courses)
These terms apply to all courses offered by MLC Lasers.
Registration
Course registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the course registration agreement.
Online Course Access
Access to online training materials is granted upon full payment and may be subject to time limitations or platform access restrictions.
In-Person Training
Participants attending in-person training must comply with all facility rules, safety procedures, attendance requirements, and professional conduct standards during training sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the MLC Lasers website and within the MLC Lasers Academy courses, including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and course materials, is the property of MLC Lasers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
MLC Lasers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in training courses or use of course materials.
Participants remain responsible for ensuring that any treatments or services performed using knowledge acquired during training comply with applicable laws, safety standards, and professional regulations.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MLC LASER RENTALS ONTARIO LTD., its directors, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- violation of these Terms and Conditions
- misuse of training materials
- violation of applicable laws or professional regulations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
