REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This policy governs the cancellation of services and the return/refund process for payments made to MLC LASER RENTALS ONTARIO LTD. (“MLC Lasers,” “we,” or “our”) for MLC Lasers Academy Courses and Product Sales.


2. MLC Lasers Academy Courses (Online and In-Person)

This policy applies to all tuition fees paid for the MLC Lasers Academy.

NO REFUND POLICY:
All course fees (online and in-person) are non-refundable and sales are final upon enrollment.

In-Person Course Re-scheduling:
Students may re-schedule an in-person course to a future date, subject to availability and a written request made at least 7 days prior to the original start date. A re-scheduling fee may apply.

Cancellation by MLC Lasers:
If MLC Lasers cancels a course, students will receive a full credit toward another MLC Lasers Academy course or transfer to a future date.


3. Product Returns and Refunds

This policy applies to the purchase of physical products.

Sales Finality:
All sales of aesthetic and related products are final.

Defective Products:
Refunds or exchanges are offered only for products that are defective upon receipt. The defect must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.
