REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This policy governs the cancellation of services and the return/refund process for payments made to MLC LASER RENTALS ONTARIO LTD. (“MLC Lasers,” “we,” or “our”) for Equipment Rentals, MLC Lasers Academy Courses, and Product Sales.

2. Equipment Rental Cancellation and Re-scheduling

This policy applies to all confirmed medical aesthetic equipment rentals.

  • NO REFUND POLICY: All fees paid to secure an equipment rental, including any deposits, are strictly non-refundable.

  • Re-scheduling Option: Rentals may be re-scheduled to an alternative date, subject to equipment availability and the following:

    • Requests must be in writing to info@mlclaserrentals.ca at least 48 hours prior to the original rental date.

  • Cancellation Fee Application (No Re-scheduling): If the rental is canceled outright (without meeting re-scheduling terms):

    • Standard Cancellation Fee: A fee of $275.00 + HST (per day cancelled) will be charged.

    • Waiver of Fee: The cancellation fee will be waived only if written notice of cancellation is provided a minimum of 60 days in advance of the scheduled rental date.

3. MLC Lasers Academy Courses (Online and In-Person)

This policy applies to all tuition fees paid for the MLC Lasers Academy.

  • NO REFUND POLICY: All course fees (online and in-person) are non-refundable and sales are final upon enrollment.

  • In-Person Course Re-scheduling: Students may re-schedule an in-person course to a future date, subject to availability and a written request made at least 7 days prior to the original start date. A re-scheduling fee may apply.

  • Cancellation by MLC Lasers: If MLC Lasers cancels a course, students will receive a full credit towards any other MLC Lasers Academy course or transfer to a future date.

4. Product Returns and Refunds

This policy applies to the purchase of physical products (not equipment rentals).

  • Sales Finality: All sales of aesthetic and related products are final.

  • Defective Products: Refunds or exchanges are offered only for products that are defective upon receipt. The defect must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.
