Ao acessar e utilizar o site da MLC LASER RENTALS ONTÁRIO LTD. (“Lasers MLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including enrollment in Lasers MLC Academy courses (online or in-person), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Política de Privacidade.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you deve not use our services.
2. Serviços oferecidos
Lasers MLC provides professional training courses through Lasers MLC Academy, offered online and in-person.
3. Curso Eligibility
Enrollment in Lasers MLC Academy courses may require specific prerequisites depending on the training program.
Lasers MLC reserves the right to verify professional qualifications, certifications, or relevant background before confirming enrollment in certain courses.
4. Lasers MLC Academy (Courses)
These terms apply to all courses offered by Lasers MLC.
Cadastro
Curso registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the course registration agreement.
Online Curso Access
Access to online training materials is granted upon full payment and may be subject to time limitations or platform access restrictions.
Treinamento Presencial
Participants attending in-person training deve comply with all facility rules, safety procedures, attendance requirements, and professional conduct standards during training sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lasers MLC website and within the Lasers MLC Academy courses, including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and course materials, is the property of Lasers MLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lasers MLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in training courses or use of course materials.
Participants remain responsible for ensuring that any treatments or services performed using knowledge acquired during training comply with applicable laws, safety standards, and professional regulations.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MLC LASER RENTALS ONTÁRIO LTD. , its directors, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- violation of these Terms and Conditions
- misuse of training materials
- violation of applicable laws or professional regulations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, e as leis federais do Canadá aplicáveis.
