POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSOS, DEVOLUÇÕES E CANCELAMENTO

1. Introdução

Esta política rege o cancelamento de serviços e o processo de devolução/reembolso de pagamentos efetuados a MLC LASER RENTALS ONTÁRIO LTD. (“MLC Lasers,” “we,” or “our”) for MLC Lasers Academy Courses and Product Sales.

2. MLC Lasers Academy Courses (Online and In-Person)

This policy applies to all tuition fees paid for the MLC Lasers Academy.

SEM POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO:
Todas as taxas do curso (on-line e presencial) são não reembolsável and sales are final upon enrollment.

Reagendamento do Curso Presencial:
Students may re-schedule an in-person course to a future date, subject to availability and a written request made at least 7 dias prior to the original start date. A re-scheduling fee may apply.

Cancelamento por MLC Lasers:
If MLC Lasers cancels a course, students will receive a full credit toward another MLC Lasers Academy course or transfer to a future date.

3. Product Returns and Refunds

This policy applies to the purchase of physical products.

Finalidade de Vendas:
Todas as vendas de produtos estéticos e afins são final.

Produtos defeituosos:
Reembolsos ou trocas são oferecidos apenas for products that are defective upon receipt. The defect must be reported within 5 dias of receiving the product.
